National trade of lacquered painting of the village called Mstera (now it is Viaznikovsky region of Vladimirsky oblast) was appearance at the base of the icon painting. Carpet decoration, variety and refinement of picturesque tinges, which contain with general tone of all composition (artists of Palekh use colours contrasts) are typical peculiarities of Mstera's miniature painting.
