Professionalism - both...
Professionalism - both in terms of service offered and quality of product. Excellent customer service, fast to respond to my questions despite the time difference. Even though I gave very unorganized instructions, they followed them closely and produced something that was exactly what I wanted, if not better. The paintings on the dolls are absolutely amazing, the artist is truly gifted. Definitely worth the money. The doll also arrived much earlier than I expected it - thanks so much!
