Our orders generally ship within 5 business days of their receipt, i.e. 5 working days from the moment your payment is approved excluding weekends and national holidays, unless the product page states differently. Custom made items may take extra time to be produced. Urgent order processing is available on request. If there is a specific deadline to be met, please make sure you indicate it in the checkout comments box.
We ship from facilities located in Europe, Russia, and the United States. Orders from Europe and Russia are shipped via airmail, EMS, and UPS Express. Orders from within the United States are generally shipped via USPS but we may also use UPS and FedEx. Transit times are estimates only. In very rare cases, there may be customs clearance delays. Recipients are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and volume. Eligible countries are listed when creating an account. Please contact us if your country is not listed.
We only ship to confirmed addresses when payment is made through PayPal.
Orders in excess of $200 and those shipped via express mail (including UPS) may only be delivered to the billing address associated with the card used for purchase.
We are dedicated to making sure you are absolutely thrilled with every item ordered from Russian Legacy. However, if an item does not match its picture or description, and you are not happy with it, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Please note that refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and any shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return postage. Returns must be made within 2 business days of return authorization using the same shipping option as used by us originally. Merchandise must be unused and in fully resaleable condition.
Sale items, custom made, and wholesale orders are non-refundable. Orders for hats in sizes below 7 1/8 (57 cm) and above 7 5/8 (61 cm) are also non-refundable.
