Karakul Gorbachev Ambassador Hat

I'm VERY happy about my hat! Fantastic quality.

My wife and I decided to order hats: the women's Astrakhan winter hat for her and the Karakul Gorbachev ambassador hat for me. The first thing that surprised me was how quickly we received the hats. The next thing was the quality and the feeling when we unpacked them. They are actually better than I dared hope for. We have had some cold days in Norway now. The hats are wonderfully comfortable and warm, and I feel pretty good with it on my head, not to mention stylish. My wife loves it too, and looks absolutely smashing. We can definitely recommend these.

After really a very rough day I went down to the lobby and my new ambassador hat had arrived! I unwrapped it and was immediately struck by how luxuriant and soft the lambs wool was, and even the inner lining, compared to the very fine hat which had served me for some 35 years. I tried it on and it fits beautifully, just a wee tad more snug than the other, but that will keep the cold air and snow out. I believe this hat will keep me warmer than the other one. Many thanks for the hat, which is great and fits perfectly. I am UK size 7 3/8 and USA size 7 1/2, which sometimes causes confusion. Because I have a big head some hats make my head look even bigger and I never wear them. But oddly this one, with the folded up brim round, makes my head look normal. And the hat being black helps too.
