Cobalt net tea cup by the Imperial Porcelain Factory of Saint Petersburg, Russia. Established in 1744, the Lomonosov factory (as it came be known later), was supported by the Russian tsars since Empress Elizabeth. Items are hand painted with cobalt net being the trademark style.
