Yesterday I received...
Yesterday I received the 15 pc family and pet doll that I ordered and I have to say that it came out so beautiful. I bought it as a 60th bday gift for my mother in law, who has collected nesting dolls for years, and she was absolutely thrilled. Well worth the money and the wait. Communication with the company was a little slow, but no real problems.

Folks, sometimes an idea...
Folks, sometimes an idea comes around that is so good that you just need to pass it on. I am so glad to have found a company that makes custom Russian matryoshka nesting dolls. This is the one I had made for my mom and dad with all of our family members. They do dolls as small as five levels, and as deep as 20. Anyway, Russian Legacy has terrific customer service and the quality is quite good. It is a little slow -- but they are hand-painted in Russia and then shipped back. There are several examples in their Matryoshka Nesting Dolls section -- and more when you click on the Custom Made link. Anyway, if you are looking for a gift for someone who already has everything, this is really a great idea!
