We are dedicated to making sure you are absolutely thrilled with every item ordered from Russian Legacy. However, if an item does not match its picture or description, and you are not happy with it, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Please note that a refund can only be issued upon the return of an item. There is a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return postage. Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of return authorization using a tracked shipping option that includes insurance. Merchandise must be unused and in original, fully resalable condition. The restocking fee also applies to any unshipped orders that are not canceled within 2 hours of order placement.
Unlisted items, as well as promoted, custom made, and wholesale orders are non-refundable. Orders for designer items, mink fur hats, any hats in size 7 1/8 (57 cm) and below, any hats in size 7 5/8 (61 cm) and above, and hats with optional ear flaps are also non-refundable.
